I attended Whiskey Fest in San Francisco last October...great event (even though it was taken over by Shanken). Had the chance to sample lots of Scotch, Bourbon, Whiskey and Whisky.
Highlights were the Glen Rothes line and the opportunity to sample some of the best of the Pappy line.
However, the biggest highlight was meeting Master Distiller Lincoln Henderson of Woodford fame. He is the genius behind the new Angel's Envy...truly some tasty stuff!
