Wheels yesterday, hit 75%. Didnt want to go too heavy.

ICD today 80% on bench. Strength felt okay.

Flat bench 80% @4x5
flat db press 4x8
cable flies 3x12+
weighted dips 3x10 (never really used the attachment belt, but I love it) 45lb plate felt easy
