I have been roasting coffee a 1/4 pound at a time and trying to get a feel for what I'm supposed to be doing. At this point, I'm still trying to figure out when first crack ends and second crack begins. I did find an app for my ipad called Roastmaster that allows me to keep track of what I have done with each roast, the excel spreadsheet just wasn't going to cut it.
