2-3 eggs scrambled
1 cup of cooked rice
A little ketchup or hot sauce
1 bag mixed veggies.
Quick and easy fried rice.
My other easy one is:
1 box of macaroni elbow
Ground beef drained
mix with 1 jar of spaghetti sauce
