Pull Day and finished off with some abs
Bent over row (reverse grip): 4x8 w/drop set
Wide grip lat pull downs: 5x8-6
Seated single arm lat pull down: 4x8 w/drop set
DB pull overs: 4x8 w/drop set
Close grip lat pull down: 4x8
5 minutes of abs - I always try and hit at least 150-200 reps.
