Back training today: Rowing movements
wide grip pull ups to warm up: 3x10
bent over row bb: 4x8 (dropset)
T-Bar row: 4x8,8,8,6 (dropset)
Seated row: 4x8
High row:3x10 (dropset)
DB row: 4x8
stiff arm lat pull downs: 4x12-8
Finished up with some bicep work.
spider curl: 4x6
hammer db curl: 5x8-10
