Another great rye is the Van Winkle Family Reserve Rye, which goes for about $50, also much better than the R1.

Thanks. I already decided to pass on the R1. Sazerac 18 is freakin' awsome, when you can find it. I've had the regular Sazerac, it's ok, but no 18.
