It really comes down to how many air changes per hour you want to have. There's a calculator for it on their website here:
http://www.rabbitair.com/pages/air-c...our-calculator . Thing is, you might need 10 to 15 air changes for a smoking room, so, you would probably need several of these to achieve that.
