Still love seeing Platz's name, reminds me of when I first started lifting.
Yeah, I'll do some wheels, shoulders and arms tomorrow, keeping it short on everything so I don't have a marathon workout. Then back to my 4 on, 1 off on Friday. And maybe another double-double the Wednesday and Thursday before I herf with ya.
