OK, so you saw my attitude heading to the gym. Decided to try the War Juice to see if it would give me that spirit. And it did, I repped out with some decent weight on the rows, and felt juiced. Came home and ordered War Juice.

Sets may seem low, but reps were highest at those weights in a long time, my back is jacked (in a good way).
