I split my routine into 4 days right now for the lifting part.
Legs
Chest
Back
Shoulders and arms
Throw in a day off when I need one, sometimes I'll take every 5th day off from lifting, if I'm feeling good, I'll go right to it.
So I guess the answer (for now) is averaging 3 times every 2 weeks? I'm so confused by my own confusion.
