Superset rowing day, did 6 or 7 supersets (I lost count) of T-bar and barbell rows. Medium weight with super high reps (at least on the T-bar portion, LOL), from 225 to 260 on the T-bars and 215-265 on the bb rows.
That gassed me out, but still mananged a few heavy sets of cable rows and wide grip pulldowns. Ended with some stretching, all done in well under an hour.
Cooked root beer pulled pork in the slow cooker yesterday, so BBQ will be my reward.
