here's the rub i use on brisket
here is the recipe for my rub
2 tbsp chilie powder
1tbsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp ground coriander
2 tsp sea salt
2 tbsp ground cumin
1 tsp onion powder
1tsp dried oregano
1tsp fresh ground blk pepper
1 tsp ground chipolte pepper
