Read it last summer and seem to find examples from it in the news nearly every day.

The Nine: Inside the Secret World of the Supreme Court by Jeffery Toobin. Really don't care for the author's political commentary. Nevertheless, it's a fascinating description of the Justices, the process and the deliberations.
