Worked with the trainer on back, arms, abs. Trying to stay away from aggravating the lower back/hip even more.
Wide grip pulldowns
Straight arm cable pulldowns
Shrugs
Reverse grip tri extensions
Couple different ab exercises to work the obliques. One was doing a plank as he pulled on a resistance band around my waist.
Tried some other weight exercises but they started to aggravate the back. I got my money out of him today, having to figure out what I could/couldn't do.
