Interesting, I wonder if it's just a store manager or regional manager discression thing, possibly based on inventory. The last Home Labyrinth KF-blue loss-leader sale (Memorial Day) - they advertised it as the 16# bags in a twin-pack or BOGO, I forget which, at that price, but when I got to the store, they were selling the twin packs of 20# bags for $8.
