Crock Pot meal today....

Beef Roast (usually tip)
Add one can of Sun Drop soda (or Mountain Dew if you don't have SD)
One package of dry onion soup mix
1 Tablespoon of Cajun Seasoning.

Let it crock. Put in potatoes and veggies you like with about 2 hours left to go.

SD is the kicker to this. Works well with a pork roast or even venison as well...
