Not stuffed, but a fav of mine.

1" Cube of beef or Lamb
1/4 of Jalepeno
1/2" slice of fresh pineapple

Stack the above together, wrap in a 1/2 slice of bacon, skewer with soaked toothpick, season(salt & pepper) and grill. Make plenty.

You get it all; sweet, heat, meat, and smoke(both from the grill and the bacon)
