Good morning all, coffee is on and I'm headin' out to West Point to work the Army / Tulane football game. It's a 1200 (12pm) kickoff which means that the Emergency Operations Center (EOC) has to be up and running by 0530 (5:30am). I hope everyone has a great day and enjoys it as well.......
