I picked up this lighter from Cigar Traveler. It comes with 3 disposable, refillable inserts. The inserts are also available at any number of stores, they are rectangular in shape.

The benefit of this is that the inserts are soft flame and therefore TSA-safe. The shell makes the soft flame lighter into a torch.

It's not as wind-resistant as my Blazer, but it works well enough for my purposes.

REI has a similar lighter, the Soto torch, which uses the same inserts above, available at Walmart or your favorite store.
