Was supposed to workout this morning, but lack of sleep diverted those plans. Finally drug my butt there 12 hours later. Worked out the wheels.
Squats (new PB on weight)
Leg extensions
Hamstring curls
Calf raises
Ab machine, leg lift supersets
Got to try out my new lifting shoes. Really helped on the squats

My neighbor came by my house this morning at 2AM, pounding on the door. Good thing I was still up playing the drums.
