Back day, it's still feeling "full" what a pump.
Chest supported rows 5x with drop sets
Seated plate loaded rows 6x with drop sets
Wide grip pull downs 4x w/drop sets
Seated db curls - bent over bb row (did these with only 25lb plates) just wanted to squeeze the **** out of the lats. 4x20
Reverse grip bb curls 4x
