Not gonna let them break it off in me ever again. Comcast is already given me a $100 credit and by the time I get a call back from supervisor tomorrow, they better make it $200.
I have 4 TV's, phone, and internet they were supposed to do for the install. When all is said and done, phone/internet with just 1 TV was working before he had to leave, not to mention a cable running above the ground until they bury it.
What kind of idiot goes in and does an installation thinking he should proceed when you're stuck with just 1 TV for another full week? His excuse was that if we didn't port the number today, I would have to wait another full week. I said at least I'd have TV's that operate throughout the house.
I think I'm just cursed to dealing with stupid people. I'm going to make sure this idiot doesn't step foot back in my house ever again though.
