Legs were still gassed as we had a short bench for the 3rd night in a row. I modified things and just supersetted chest and back for my last workout, with a couple sets of bi's thrown in at the end.
Bench press - Bent over rows
Incline bench - T-bar rows
Machine flyes - Rear delts
Pullups and dead hangs
Out of the gym 'til Monday. Huy, keep up the pace for me.
