Trained at a ‘new to me” location of my previous (closed) gym. Had some decent stuff, I’ll probably train there a couple days a week going forward.
Bench press x 5 sets
Seated military x 5 sets
Flyes x 4 sets
Rear delt flyes x 4 sets
Decline bench x 5 sets
Barbell shrugs x 4 sets
Legs and arms manana.
