Back day today, shoulder felt the best it has in a while (knocks on wood), so went for the rows.
T-bar rows felt strong so I went to 315.
Barbell rows felt even stronger so I went to 325.
Finished with some cable work, wide-grip pullups and streching. Earned 8 egg whites, a strip steak, fruit and some whole grain toast with PB. And that began the days feasting.
Shoulders tomorrow.... I best knock on wood again.
