I've wanted to try a duck for years. Finally got around to doing it.
Smoked over orange wood.
I had some extra room so I threw on 2 chicken halves.
The duck was delicious, but I didn't get enough fat rendered out of the skin.
The chicken was probably the best I've ever made!!!!
