It's very hard, bordering on impossible to build for someone without the unit on hand. I wouldn't even take a stab at it. You might be better served to wait until it arrives, even if it costs time.

The interior is either molded or formed around a die. In either case, there needs to be a little taper ("draft") so that the part releases easy.

The purpose of these measurements is important. If it's to estimate material needed and cost, very rough measurements, even the exterior, should be OK. If they're needed to actually build something, I would think the craftsperson should make the measurements themselves.
