Well, after being transfered to a voice mail for the manager and having to call back to speak to another one, I made my point.

They are giving me my $14 for 6 months credit and doubling it for the aggravation for two months trying to get my credits.

Look at your bill carefully.
Make sure what you were promised is what you are getting.
