Yep, and like you, I also roll my own. Always get all kinds of crazy looks from the fish mongers when I'm buying all these tiny portions of their high grade fishes until they figure it out what I'm doing (usually takes about three different fishes for them to catch on).

Although, honestly I prefer sashimi, but there are a few ingredients and combinations you can't do that with and you have to have sushi.
