Wide grip pulldowns
Narrow grip rows
Shrugs
Straight bar tri pushdowns
Hammer curls
Tri extensions
Ez bar curls. Only managed one set. The tendinitis wouldn't let me get any more done.
The callouses on my hands look like white jelly beans. Lol
