lol in my mind the streak ended last week when I started doing daily squats with rly light weight for the stretch and only went heavy 2x/wk. I just did some slow, paused air squats at home today for the stretch.
My CNS recovery last week from going light was rly good and based on my DL and back. Squat I think that going this route will help me boost my PRs, so I'm just gonna keep on with what I did last week and enjoy being in less pain on a daily basis lol ... besides, I'm sure that you'll be glad to stop hearing about SED
