Bent over 2-DB rows - prefer these over BB rows. Get a better contractions over BB. I do these as if I'm gripping a BB rather than a regular DB row.
Wide grip pull downs - rear delt flies
Reverse grip pull downs - just 2 sets, negative sets 10-12 seconds.
Curls and lots of them, sorta.
