I just finished cooking up many pounds of sausage (hot and sweet), grating pounds of cheese (Parmesan and Romano), & cooking lots of spinach in advance preparation of the Christmas lasagna we are making for Christmas. We figured we'd go with the "red, green & white" motif this year.
With 6 guests, we figured we'd make dinner for 12 or more. Not bad for a heathen, huh?
