None of the van Winkle whiskies are bottled in minis. If you want an opportunity to sample various bourbons, you should consider attending the Bourbon Sampler in Bardstown, Kentucky. It is one of the Kentucky Bourbon Festival events and will be held the last Saturday in April 2011. All of the major distilleries are there handing out samples of their bourbons.
