Stacking & removing the weights is taken care of. Every ounce of energy is used to the actual lifting with little to no down time. The next bench or machine is ready to go and calibrated. So efficient.

Same here. It's helpful for me as he has to think of new exercises to work around my strains, etc. but I've got a good memory for this stuff and incorporate when I workout by myself.
