Dumbbell press
Incline dumbbell press
Overhead press
Lateral raises
Side dumbbell raises
Upright rows
Skull crushers
Rope tri extensions
Then 3 rounds of a high intensity cardio (burpees, push-ups, mountain climbers, leg lifts, jumping jacks, Russian twists).
I'm spent.
