Hmm can your blood sugar be too high for cigar smoking?
Edit: According to
http://www.acigarsmoker.com/cigar-faq/ the nausea/lightheadedness is from sugar being too high, which is not only counter to what I've heard so far, but also counterintuitive, on the other hand drinking lots of water does seem to help a bit.
I'm very close to buying a blood sugar monitor and enduring pinprick after pinprick to test this.
