Instead of going to Hudson Valley Cigars / Schlesinger's Cigar Bar as we do, Beth and I are going to a Beer Pairing dinner hosted by Liberty Street Bistro in Newburgh, NY:

For $99 per person, you enjoy a 7-course tasting menu, each course paired expertly with a Newburgh Brewing beer. You also receive a complimentary LSB/Newburgh Brewing Company beer glass to take home with you.
