I like the reboot analogy.
I work in IT, and the first thing we ask users to do most of the time is to reboot the computer first. This fixes so many problems you'd actually be surprised.
So you go reboot your life, your "computer" might be a little slow in booting up, but don't worry, it will eventually get there, and when you do, it'll run better than ever
