There are too many great ones to narrow it down to one... some of the best are Cohiba Seleccion Reserva gifted by Shawn (silverfox), or the Esplendido I smoked the night my niece was born...or some of the amazing cigars i tried at Shack...

the most memorable was one I smoked with Joey (ir13), it tasted like I was smoking a bowl of cocoa puffs... to bad we had so much port, and so many cigars that night that we cant remember what it was

(I believe it was a VR Maestro)
