I wish you the best sir. It's been a tough go for a lot of folks lately. My Mother's place is on the market right now for the same reason. My fiance has suffered layoffs from various jobs for the last few years. I'm working more hours for less money. All we can do is take it as it comes my friend. Keep your chin up.
