Oh the classic "Pissing Match." I have always seen this on C-Bid but it has been out of control lately. If people don't blow past the Buy It Now price, they are buying sticks for way more than if they just went to CI and ordered them direct. Economy must be improving.
I have been watching the last month or so for a Cigar Jar use as a Dry Box of sorts and these have even been getting blown past what I could order it from CI direct. The key to C-Bid for me is put a bid in for what you want to pay and forget about it. If an e-mail notification comes in saying I was outbid, Oh well it will be back to try again soon enough.
