I meet Chuck Norris in 1987 on the USS Constellation (CV-64) one evening when I was the inport Engineering Officer of the Watch. Him and some others were on board scouting movie locations with permission from the Navy. Real nice guy, talking with everyone on watch that night and signed autographs if ya asked. He was shorter then I imagined but a big man all the same.
