Actually he was banned for being a Troll, and his constant referencing his marijuana smoking, and trying to convince everyone that it is healthier than smoking cigars. So yeah, in a round about way he got banned for being 15. Although apparently you can become a forum member at 14 without parental consent, 13 with.
