Gotta have breakfast in the morning, and usually its one of the following:

big bowl of raisen bran.
grape nuts w/raisens.
cook rice w/milk and raisens (did I mentions raisens?).
and sometimes when my daughter isn't looking (and she gets really po'd if she catches me), I dip into her stash of peanut butter capt crunch
