I like your idea, but maybe talk to your artist. If he's a good artist, he'll be able to come up with a design that incorporates all 3 of the zodiac signs into one, colors too. After that, maybe a banner below the image or symbol would work to put the script. Just a thought. That way it'd all be one image that would fit on your bicep and still symbolize all of your children.
