The best advice here is to find a good tattoo artist and have them come up with an appropriate design that fits the space with all the elements you want. If they are not willing to draw something for you, find a different artist. In my experience, your design (with the lettering in black) would have to be about 8 inches wide to keep the level of detail and still look decent after 5-10 years. Modern inks fade much less but bleeding issues are dependent upon the skill of your artist and the quality of his equipment not the ink. Take your time and work with your artist and you should be happy with the end result. Good luck.
