Sure sure!
The trick there is snacking on neutral things (I like peanut butter and crackers) and drinking plenty of water in between smokes, and also making sure you don't smoke two similar sticks back to back. All of those were ordered (not in my list, but during the day) so that they alternated flavors, profiles, and strength so that I could enjoy each one.
To be honest, I smoke that many a day normally, but it wasn't always that way. It's all part of the job, having a lit cigar on me at all times, but I didn't start that way...my early days 2-3 were PLENTY. Past that, I would get sick. These days, I can tolerate quite a bit more, so I smoke a bit more. Also I learned as I smoked and got to know more cigars, which ones I could alternate between to keep myself for getting a burnout experience.
To every man his own for sure. I only smoke that many because it's the job. Otherwise I'd still be on 2-3 a day on average, and I certainly wouldn't have access to so many higher dollar sticks to smoke freely like that. It's a plus of the job, not my personal way of life.
