Smoked my first J.Fuego 777 last night for Happy Hour. A Corojo Toro that sat for several months. Call me contrarian, but I thought it was a pretty good cigar! Tasty combination of coffee, caramel, the signature peppery/sweetness of the corojo, and an interesting aftertaste I could only describe as woody with smoked meat. Burn was great, needing no correction, & the draw was perfect throughout. Maybe I caught a rare good one, or maybe it was the Makers Mark accompaniment, but I enjoyed it to the nub.
Would I buy a box at $4@? No, but I won't spend that much for almost any cigar. Would I buy 'em if they were on sale or auction for under $2@? Yeppers.
